Our Degree Programmes

Undergraduate Programmes

Our degree programmes are designed to educate Engineers in a dynamic and exciting learning environment. Students can choose from a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Engineering (Civil) or a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering (Civil).

Our degrees are flexible so that students can build a degree which suits their learning needs, with an option to specialise in a range of minors from across the Faculty of Engineering at UCL, such as Environmental Engineering, Management, or Programming.

Students can switch easily between a BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering. MEng students can Study Abroad in Year 3 with one of our partner universities in Asia, Europe, North America and Australia. MEng students can also take a year out in industry between Years 3 and 4.

You can also apply to study Engineering & Architectural Design MEng, a four-year programme which allows you to combine architectural knowledge and vision with a robust understanding of engineering for the built environment. This programme is a pioneering collaboration between The Bartlett School of Architecture, The Institute for Environmental Design and Engineering and The Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering.
